Let Horn go!
I do not blame Joe Horn for wanting out, he was on a Saints team that has really disappointed for some time and he wants the chance to win. He doesn’t have much time left and he has lost a step.
Now as a Falcons fan I say “You signed the contract and you had better play”. But on the flip side of that coin I say I understand his wanting out. Horn expected Michael Vick to be throwing the ball to him, not in Levenworth. I understand that the Falcons endured a nightmare season from hell that really wasn’t expected.
Horn is a good player but not for this team. He will only be a hinderance to the development of this receiving corps. Dallas is Horn’s preferred destination but I don’t know if they really would need or for that reason want the guy. I say trade the guy for a team for a 5th round pick (if you can get it) build for the future and let Horn go!
