Player spotlight: Harry Douglas
Harry Douglas #83 WR R Louisville. 5′11″ 171 lbs.
So far this training camp one of the most talked about rookies by far has been Harry Douglas. Most notably for getting into a minor scrum with Lawyer Milloy. But what is really making people stand up and notice is the fact that he is “working his tail off” to quote Michael Jenkins.
So far Harry is showing how much speed he has and how much dedication he has to both coaches and to the fans and fellow teammates. I like his route running and I will tell you this now. The kid has good hands. He doesn’t sppear to be dropping much and is looking crisp after catching the ball for extra yardage.
At this point he is expected to be fourth on the depth chart behind Mike Jenkins and ahead of Joe Horn. I like his potential to come in and make some plays and I think he could possibly be good for special teams.
