		<description>Thanks Grant. From the reader comments I&#039;ve received, I may have missed the boat on Joe Hawley but I haven&#039;t seen a whole lot from him. I like keeping Jackson but it&#039;s tough to decide who gets cut to make room for him.</description>

		<description>I agree with almost everything you have there except for them letting Hawley and C. Jackson go.  That doesn&#039;t really make sense for their philosophy of developing young talent.  Especially when B. Williams is old and coming off major knee surgery.  This could be his last season in the league.  They wouldn&#039;t have drafted Hawley in the 4th round if they didn&#039;t think he was going to make the team.  Weems has to go bc they can keep 6 dbs bc Franks will be a return guy.</description>

		<description>Great feedback Jim. I can&#039;t argue with anything you said. I haven&#039;t seen much from Hawley but have heard that Ojinnaka may be the one to go. If one of them has to go, I&#039;d like to keep Schillinger and let Giordano go.</description>
