NFL Lockout 2011: Arthur Blank Releases Letter to Atlanta Falcons Season Ticket Holders

Dear Season Ticket Holder,

Earlier today, we posted on our web site the attached letter to Falcons fans regarding the status of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement with the NFL Players Association (NFLPA).  We are sending it to you in the event you have not seen it, along with a letter from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

As our most valued customer, it is important that we continue to keep you informed of developments related to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement and the 2011 season.  We will do that, and we hope our future communications to you indicate progress in reaching a new agreement that will allow us to play a full season of football this year.

In the meantime, we want to remind you that in the event any games are cancelled this year, you will receive a full refund for those games.  Details of our 2011 refund policy can be found at our 2011 renewal FAQ page or you may call your account service executive at 404-223-8000.

Thank you for your support of the Atlanta Falcons.  We appreciate the loyalty you have demonstrated through your season ticket ownership, and we will continue to strive to provide you with the value – on and off the field – you deserve.

Warm regards,

Arthur M. Blank
