Boykin was my pick as well immediatly he can be a third corner and learn on the job as well as the fact that he could be a great return guy. Also in the long run he has the potential of being an outstanding corner. He has the speed and most important the ball skills to be a ball hawking playmaker. From the mocks I’ve seen so far he’s the best chance to get a playmaker that can contribute immediately.

@txfalcon No disrespect taken! This is a forum for all Falcons fans to talk about the draft; your guesses and projections are as good if not better than mine. I do see what you’re saying about reaching though. Sometimes it REALLY hurts your team. Didn’t want that to sound mean, guess it did, sorry! All the same team here! I just don’t think there was to e a “reach” for need in the 2nd or 3rd… Last “reach” with early pick was Sam Baker….just sayin… I think Coby Fleener could be there at 55, the DE from Marshall, or even Brandon Boykin. Have you ever seen a team with too many good corners? No, me either! We need OL help but we won’t get a franchise type guy at 55, so I don’t see a reach here… Probably addressed in FA rather than draft. We already have 2 Cam Johnsons on the roster with Edwards, and Beirmann .
