Grading the Atlanta Falcons 2012 Draft Class

We are now over a week past the 2012 NFL Draft and we are, for the most part, over the shock and awe of the initial picks. I think now would be a good time to see what we as fans think of the draft. Many people across the League and from various sources have graded the Falcons draft class in different ways. Some gave them a ‘B+’ for their actual selections, but a ‘C’ because they were missing their 1st & 4th round picks, and that cost them a shot at a better draft. I personally am a huge fan of the potential behind the drafting of Peter Konz, and grade his selection as well as the selection of Troy’s Jonathan Massaquoi as very good. However, some pundits (I can be counted in that number) are not particularly keen on the selection of Lamar Holmes. Now is the time for you to pick. How do you think the Falcons did? Would you grade them down for their lack of picks, or grade them based solely upon their selections? When you vote on the grade, please comment below as to why you awarded the grade you did. I would love to hear what all of you think of this year’s draft class.
