I would also say that we would probably get rid of Koetter before we got rid of Ryan; we just have so much more invested in a franchise QB than an offensive coordinator. That being said, if there is a poor performance by the offense in 2012, someone will pay the price.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think either seat is on the hot seat at all. Why get rid of a franchise QB for everything he&#039;s done in the past 4 seasons but try to blame three games on him? There are at least 20 teams that would love to have him be their starting QB and finding another one of his caliber might require trading 3 first round picks like the Redskins did. 
 
Dirk Koetter has spoken out about involving more modern, downfield plays in the playbook. There&#039;s no way a new coordinator would immediately be thrust onto the hot seat when he is in line with what many of the fans thought was Mike Mularkey&#039;s downfall. Even a 9-7 season (or worse) wouldn&#039;t get either run out of town in my opinion.</description>
