One of the best things about the upcoming 2014 NFL Draft is that there are so many things we don’t know. Typically at this point in the process you can slate in many of the picks, especially in the top ten. This year, we don’t know for certain how anything will pan out in the draft. Well, I’m here to tell you there is one prediction you can take to the bank.

The only thing I know for sure is that Jadeveon Clowney will be taken with the second overall pick. I have no idea which team will take him there, but he won’t fall below the number two slot.

If the Rams don’t want him, and most likely they don’t, they’ll auction off second pick to the highest bidder. And there will be no shortage of teams that want to move up and take the potential franchise defensive player.

I’d love to see the Falcons be that team. They have the ammunition, with the sixth overall pick and either their second rounder plus a late pick or maybe their third round pick. For the Rams, if they can only move down to six they should still be able to get one of the two top end offensive lineman that they want.

The deal seems to make sense on paper. If the Falcons want Clowney, hes there for them to move up and get him. Just for some fun, let’s take a look at how the draft might look if they do.
