The Texans aren’t going to take Clowney. They already took a pass rusher with the No. 1 overall pick years ago, and that blew up in their faces. They won’t go down that road again.
They’ll take the quarterback they grade out as the best. It could end up being Teddy Bridgewater, but the upside of a guy like Johnny Manziel is what has me putting him at the top spot.
