On March 11th, the Atlanta Falcons will begin adding players to a team that desperately needs some new talent.  Sitting pretty with over $26 million to spend, Thomas Dimitroff will look to return a winning vibe back to Atlanta by bringing in some of the best talent on the market.  There are needs on both sides of the ball, but the Falcons are in prime position to make a turnaround in 2014.
