Beasley’s confirmed deal means the Falcons have now signed all seven of their draft picks, in what was considered by many to be an excellent draft.

Attention now turns to the Falcons’ mandatory minicamp which kicks off Tuesday. The minicamp is open to the public, and you can find out all of the information here. It will a great opportunity for fans to catch a glimpse of Dan Quinn’s version of the Atlanta Falcons.

Beasley will play a major role in upgrading the Falcons’ pass rush this season. Atlanta struggled in this department majorly last year, recording just 22 sacks.

Beasley’s addition will also help out second round draft pick, Jalen Collins. The cornerback out of LSU further strengthens the secondary, which is looking good right now. With Desmond Trufant on one site, Collins could eventually push out Robert Alford outside, moving Alford to the slot.
