It’s hard to earn a spot on a NFL roster spot but its even harder when you have to impress a new coaching staff. Let’s take away football terms and look at the situation from an typical person’s stand point.

Your old boss gets fired because he wouldn’t change his old boring policies. Then you get a new boss who is energetic, hands-on, and loves having fun. But he brings new managers who want to put new faces that fit their style of business so that everything could go smoothly.

So how do you impress your new boss and his managers? You go out and try to learn who they are and what they all about right? You change the way you work to fit their fast paced and energetic spirits?

Well nothing changes for NFL players so don’t feel alone. Specifically for the Atlanta Falcons there are three players who’ll need to adjust quickly to their new boss’s style and show their worth in short amount of time.
