Robert Alford, Justin Durant, Leonard Hankerson and William Moore have all been ruled out of the Atlanta Falcons’ visit of the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.

Alford hasn’t practiced all week with a groin injury; Durant hasn’t practiced with a calf injury; Hankerson remains out with a hamstring injury, and Moore misses another game with a groin problem.

Rookie defensive end Vic Beasley was added to the injury report Friday with a foot injury and is questionable to play. He didn’t practice Friday.

The remainder of the injury report brings good news. Both centers, Mike Person (ankle) and James Stone (calf) practiced fully Friday and are probable for Sunday. Cornerback Desmond Trufant is probable after suffering a back injury last week.

Receiver Nick Williams is expected to return from a hamstring injury which kept him out of last week’s game with Tampa Bay. Defensive end Tyson Jackson is probable with a ribs injury, and Jonathan Babineaux missed practice Friday but was non-injury related and is probable.

The Atlanta Falcons need the bye week desperately, which comes after this week’s game with the 49ers. The week off will give Atlanta a good opportunity to get healthy ahead of the playoff push.
