Draft behind, Falcons still need to fix broken pass rush — Vaughn McClure of ESPN

The Falcons did a good job addressing some of their most pressing needs in the draft, particularly at linebacker, but the anaemic pass rush is still an issue. Recent additions Courtney Upshaw, De’Vondre Campbell and Derrick Shelby will help, but a pure edge rusher at defensive end would have been a smart move.

It’s impossible to fix everything in the draft, particularly when you only own six picks, but the Falcons did a good job of addressing some needs. What areas still need to be improved? There are still some weak spots on the roster that could hold the team back in 2016.
