According to ESPN’s NFC South blogger, Pat Yasinskas, Peria Jerry may still be too injured to have a major impact this year. Jerry, the Falcons’ first pick in 2009, was brought in to be an important pass rusher from the DT position. But sadly, as you all know, Jerry injured his knee and was just one of many Falcons who were injured in 2009.
