What do the Falcons need to do?

Well, first of all there of course a lot of areas this team needs to address in the 2015 NFL Draft, starting with defense.

After ranking bottom in total defense and passing defense last term, general manager Thomas Dimitroff will be looking to bolster the pass-rush that totalled just 22 sacks in 2014, per ESPN Stats.

As well as finding at least one talented edge rusher, the Falcons may look at the class of defensive backs to improve their secondary.

On the offensive side of the football, the ground game is the biggest area of concern. With the release of veteran Steven Jackson and the recent departure of Jacquizz Rodgers, Dimitroff has signalled his intention to transform the run game.

There will be plenty of options through each of the first four rounds for the Falcons to improve their ground game; the draft boasts a deep pool of running backs this year.

Out of the 2014 playoff teams, who’s likely to drop out?
