Tyler Starr is on the bubble in 2015, but has a decent shot at making the team. The second year player made the practice squad as a rookie in 2014 and has had a solid training camp and preseason. Starr has looked a lot better under the new defensive scheme and has looked a lot quicker. Starr is another guy that brings a lot to the table on special teams and would only make the team for that very reason.
