30. TENNESSEE TITANS (2-9)

Last week: 30
Change: None

Tennessee has just one win since beating Tampa Bay in the season opener. This week, they suffered another close loss at home to the Oakland Raiders. Marcus Mariota threw for three touchdowns, but was picked off twice.

As we come into the business end of the regular season, I’m sure many Titans fans will be thinking ahead to April’s draft. While some may want to see some life from this team before the season finishes, many will simply want to live to fight another day and wind up with one of the draft’s top draft picks.

The team believes they have their quarterback moving forward in Marcus Mariota, and he’s done a lot of good things this year. Now they need to build a strong team around him, and that will take some time.
