With the release of William Moore, a clear hole is at strong safety and I’m not a believer that Kemal Ishmael is a shoe-in for the position. So what does DQ set forth to do? He drafts a thumper at strong safety and sits back and relishes in the moment once Neal is delivering devastating hits to whatever moves. For some odd reason, Neal has been under-the-radar lately but I expect that to change as we get closer to draft day. Since most individuals love player comparisons, when watching his film, Neal has a similar skill set to another large safety in Seattle, Kam Chancellor.

Other names to consider: TE Hunter Henry, S Tyvis Powell, S Jeremy Cash
