Tryone Holmes, DE/OLB, Montana

Normally I would not take a look at someone who fits the tweener mold, but Tyrone Holmes could be a diamond in the rough. He is 6-foot-4 250 pounds so he is a bit small for the Defensive End position, but as a pass rusher he is top-notch. Holmes was FCS defensive player of the year tallying 18 sacks in his Senior season at Montana. He projects to go in the 6th round or later which could be a steal.

With pass rush a consistent need in Atlanta, a player like Holmes is worth taking a chance on. He may never develop into a full-time starter, but as a situational pass rusher, he could be dynamic. Holmes could develop even more under Quinn, who can use his speed as an asset, almost like he did with Bruce Irvin in Seattle.
