Who is headed to the Atlanta Falcons in the latest NFL mock draft?

Blockbuster trades have been flying in around the league in the past week, which has completely blown up last week’s NFL mock draft. Los Angeles now owns the No. 1 overall pick and Philadelphia has jumped all the way from No. 13 to No. 1 in two separate trades in the past couple of months.

We now know with near certainty that the first two picks of the 2016 NFL Draft will be on quarterbacks, which in theory could cause talent to drop lower than they may have previously done. This is good news for the Atlanta Falcons who will be hoping for one of the premier pass rushers at No. 17.

Fixing a pass rush that generated just 19 sacks (an NFL-low) in 2015 is among the most pressing needs for Dan Quinn’s team. The Falcons are also in need of a coverage linebacker and help at safety.

With just five selections in this year’s draft, could the Falcons look to trade down? There’s a strong chance they do, but for the purpose of this mock we’ll assume no more trades are made in the first round. Let’s begin.
