Atlanta Falcons: Deion Sanders and Arthur Blank win at least one Super Bowl together

Free agents flock to the Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta in the mid-90s was where it was at. Buckhead was jumping every night, So So Def was cranking out hits from Atlanta artists, Freaknik had made Atlanta a vacation destination and the Olympics made Atlanta a place to live.

NFL players want to win, yes they enjoy making money, but they are competitors and want to win. That 1995 season and a potential Super Bowl win changes the entire trajectory of the franchise. Atlanta would have been seen as a winner and a place that players can be successful, instead, they had to wait almost another decade for Michael Vick to arrive.

All it would have taken was two very different but very simple moves and the franchise we know and love today would have been a very different looking franchise. One that has a couple Super Bowl wins, and whose quarterback would not be the target of harassment from talking heads at major media corporations.
