Strength versus strength

The Atlanta Falcons have one of the league’s best offenses and the league’s worst defense. Conversely, the Broncos have one of the league’s best defenses and one of the worst offenses.

As we have seen this year, the Falcons defense has a tendency to make everyone look good that week. Typically Drew Lock would not scare anyone but the Jekyll and Hyde nature of the Falcons defense, Lock could throw for a career-high 310 yards or more.

Rookie cornerback AJ Terrell will be a big factor this week. Despite what statistics may tell you, Terrell has gotten better each and every week. The matchup between him and Jeudy will be a familiar one as they met in college a couple times during the college football playoffs when Clemson and Alabama met in 2017 and 2018.

On the other side of the ball, Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Russell Gage present a challenge that the Broncos have faced a few times this season as the Steelers, Bucs, and Chiefs all have potent offenses. However, Jones, Ridley, and Gage may be the best trio of receivers the NFL has to offer.

Next. Falcons continue to make the same mistakes. dark

While this may appear to be a game among two terrible teams, there are a lot of reasons to watch On Sunday as this could be one of the more entertaining games that the NFL has to offer this week.
