3 ways the Atlanta Falcons can beat the New York Jets
By Nick Halden
1. Matt Ryan is clearly the best player on the field in London
Matt Ryan twice has put together monster games that came crashing back down to earth. Against the Tampa Bay Bucs Ryan put his Falcons back into the game pulling them within three willing his team in a game they had no business being in.
This epic performance will be forgotten due to what ended it, Ryan threw two picks that ended the game and Atlanta’s hopes of an upset. Last week against Washington a similar story was on display.
Ryan played a great game tossing four touchdowns and outgunning an impressive Taylor Heinicke. Ryan ended this performance with two handoffs and a check down when the money was on the table. Two first downs would have likely ended the game and Atlanta wins.
Ryan has carried this roster and he is going to have to do it again in London, this time though he must finish the game. This defense cannot be trusted the only way Atlanta is going to win this game is if the ball is in the hands of Matt Ryan when the final seconds tick off the clock. If Ryan is the best player on the field on Sunday Atlanta wins this game easily.
