3. The Atlanta defense will have their hands full but their focus should be on receiver Amari Cooper

CeeDee Lamb is electric and can take a slant and take it 90-yards for the score he has that ability. However, Lamb is just as apt to drop a key pass or run the wrong route. If you have to pick your poison with the Dallas receivers I am letting Lamb take a back seat to Amari Cooper.

Cooper is quietly having a great career and is the key to the Dallas passing game Atlanta should send their best coverage in his direction. It wouldn’t be shocking to see A.J. Terrell shadow Cooper and the rest of the Atlanta secondary to focus on Lamb.

What Atlanta has going for them here is the fact that Terrell has been a shutdown corner. No matter which receiver Atlanta is threatened by they can switch Terrell to that receiver and trust him to shut them down which focuses double coverage on the remaining receiver.

Dallas has a lot of weapons but if A.J. and this Atlanta defense can shut Cooper down it is going to make Dak uncomfortable and force him to make throws he isn’t comfortable with. We saw this when Dallas took on Denver.
