2. Kenny McIntosh

If the Atlanta Falcons are going to spend a draft pick on a running back Kenny McIntosh is the best fit for Arthur Smith’s offense. McIntosh was an elite receiver in the Georgia offense taking checkdowns or screen plays and creating space padding the stat sheet for quarterback Stetson Bennett.

McIntosh is going somewhat overlooked in this draft due to Bijan Robinson and the impressive backs ranked in front of him. McIntosh would offer the Falcons a change of pace back to pair with Allgeier that is more than capable of hunting a mismatch as a wide receiver.

Putting McIntosh and Patterson on the field at the same time would be an interesting option for the offense creating difficult decisions for opposing defensive coordinators with two guys who can play physical and run between the tackles or play receiver at a high level.

The only issue with this fit is whether the Falcons are willing to spend a draft pick on a position that they already have two players on their roster more than capable of starting.
