Heads are gonna roll…

Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen are out in Tampa Bay and Brian Stewart is out in Dallas. Two teams that, in my opinion are going to two separate directions.

Tampa Bay is going to be awful. Sorry Pewter Plank but I can’t imagine a good scenario happening in Tampa at this point. The way I see things I have a very strong inkling that the Bucs could just become the next big thing in bad if they aren’t careful. Look at the team from top to bottom and it isn’t hard to imagine with an extra year on an already aging defense and the stress of a huge late season collapse… again.

This is a team that needed to get rid of Gruden because he was a control freak who failed to put a well rounded team on the field in the last few years. Allen was so ineffective at choosing talent and getting re-tread players they both signed their pink slips if you ask me.

Brian Stewart is a fall guy on a team that could just have been just as good as they were bad. Romo and his inconsistent play were the reason why the Cowboys lost so many games this year. The defense lacked consistency but the same defensive squad saved a few games especially late in the season as they hit their stride. The Cowboys are a joke on wheels for having the best team in the world and such a bad group of coaches to make so many bad moves.

Did Stewart deserve to be let go? No.

Does Jason Garrett need to get the heck out of dodge? I say yes. Garrett is, from what I hear an offensive genius. I personally didn’t see it this year but I don’t think the ’08 Cowboys were ever really a whole team after week 4. They fell out of sync and never recovered.

Jerry Jones proved why he is so reviled by so many. He made such bad personnel decisions in getting Wade Phillips and he bet the farm on Garrett and now there is a distinct possibility that Garret could go to St. Louis! When it rains it pours folks.
