4. Cleveland Browns
Blake Bortles
Quarterback, University of Central Florida
Oh, the poor Cleveland Browns. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. They weren’t very good last year, but they weren’t bad enough to get one of the top two quarterbacks in this draft.
Instead, they’ll end up with the one that falls to them, which will most likely be Blake Bortles. Big and strong with a questionable arm, Bortles doesn’t scream franchise quarterback. He had a good season last year and is rising on draft boards, but if he wasn’t a quarterback he’d never be a top ten pick.
