Round 4 – RB Andre Williams – Boston College
I have expressed my desire to draft Andre Williams many times not only because he is a great player, but also because he is such a perfect fit for the Falcons offense.
Williams’ 6’0″ and 230 lb frame allows him to send defenders backwards, and keep him trucking down field. The Former Heisman Candidate and Unanimous All-American rushed for over 2000 yards in 2013, and plays like a young Michael Turner. This bowling ball of a man is exactly what the Falcons need to finish off games, and will eventually take over as the feature back in Atlanta for years to come.
Taking Williams here will start a youth movement for the Falcons offense that features aging stars in both Roddy White, and Steven Jackson.
