The Atlanta Falcons have needs all over the place they must address in the 2014 NFL Draft. In fact, they have so many needs that they’ll be looking for immediate impact out of the later rounds just as much as the early ones.

Finding sleepers in the NFL draft is never easy, but this year the draft class is as deep as ever and there are plenty of players that the Falcons could be targeting in the later rounds.

Sometimes players fall because they went to a small school, had off-field issues or they just don’t scream “NFL-ready player!” to the scouts. But, time and time again players remind us that there are diamonds in the rough to be mined in the later rounds of the draft.

Atlanta is looking to this draft to fill many of the needs they have, especially on the offensive and defensive line. These are five sleepers they should be looking at to help build the team back up to where it needs to be.
