Atlanta Falcons 2014 Mock Draft: Khalil Mack Falls To Six
By Jake Bennett
4th Round (comp), Pick 139: RB Storm Johnson, Central Florida
Atlanta ranked dead-last in rushing last season, and have to find a way to kick start that phase of the offense if they hope to be less one-dimensional.
Storm Johnson, 6’0″ 209 lbs, has the ideal size of a NFL thumper. A between the tackles type runner, Storm is surprisingly nifty. He will need to correct his fumble issues, but other than that, would be an excellent prospect to throw into Atlanta’s backfield.
If Steven Jackson finds himself on the sideline once again in 2014, Johnson could easily work his way into being the primary back. However, I like him as the 2nd string back, and would like to see the Falcons add “premiere” talent in 2015.
