After the nightmare of a season that Atlanta endured last year, 2014 provides a chance for a few Falcons players to take the next step and help bring the team back into contention. Coaching changes, draft selections, and free agency acquisitions all contribute to a player taking that next step, and it very may be the difference between another losing season and a playoff appearance.
