With all this talk about how the Atlanta Falcons season is already ruined, fans are going to want to talk about possible free agents that could come in for the 2015 season.

The first thing to consider is: Who has expiring contracts heading into the off-season? Here’s the list.

“Kroy Biermann, you won’t be missed”

“The Atlanta Falcons are fools if they keep Gabe Carimi or release Antone Smith”

DE/LB Osi Umenyiora
DE/LB Kroy Biermann
QB Dominique Davis (Restricted)
LB Sean Weatherspoon
LS Josh Harris (Restricted)
K Matt Bryant
DT Corey Peters
CB Robert McClain
CB Josh Wilson
DT Peria Jerry
T/G Gabe Carimi
CB Javier Arenas
FS Dwight Lowery
TE Bear Pascoe
RB Antone Smith
LB Akeem Dent
T Mike Johnson
RB Josh Vaughan
DE Cliff Matthews
P Matt Bosher
RB Jacquizz Rodgers

Some players jump out at you. Sean Weatherspoon is an interesting case, as he is a quality starter but the team already holds two young linebackers in Joplu Bartu and Prince Shembo. Josh Wilson and Robert McClain are the two slot corners and it will come down to whomever is willing to take the least amount of money. Corey Peters will be resigned…There is no way the Atlanta Falcons let him walk with the amount of potential that you can obviously see in him. Bye bye Kroy Biermann and Gabe Carimi.

Who should the Atlanta Falcons sign in the free agency period in 2015?
