One of the biggest issues with this current coaching staff has been its inability to change when the team hits a rough patch. No matter how bad the situation Mike Smith has never dramatically changed things up in an effort to try and get a win. Never once has Smith come out with an inspiring game plan or an inspiring personnel change. Instead, Smith roles out the same failing gameplans and players week in and week out in what has become a rather tiresome pattern. Whether the team actually insets any of the suggestions above or not is insignificant, what is significant is that the coaches try something, anything, just show the fans that you are at least trying to change things, just show us you aren’t the same monotonous team that you have been for the last season and a half.
