3: Biermann could be a more productive player in Dan Quinn’s defense.

Mike Nolan had Kroy Biermann playing all over the place. He could be pass rushing one play and playing a deep zone the next. While the veteran never really excelled at either of these things, he could benefit from Dan Quinn’s fast and physical defensive approach. His duties on defense will definitely be a lot more simple in Quinn’s scheme, as he won’t be required to read plays as much, and he should get an opportunity to simply attack the ball, whether it is in run or pass situations. He deserves an opportunity to prove himself, and as I mentioned before, if he still doesn’t work out, he can be cut without any considerable cap penalty.
