The month of the 2015 NFL Draft is into full swing, but we start off with a non-draft related article. The Falcons have waived safety Zeke Motta after just two seasons. Mike Wilkening of NBCSports.com writes:

"“The Falcons have parted ways with one of their recent draft picks, waiving safety Zeke Motta on Thursday.Motta was waived with a failed physical designation, per the NFL’s daily personnel notice.”"

Back to the draft, and Brett Clancy from our friends at NFL Spin Zone believes the Falcons should target Ole Miss cornerback Senquez Golson in the draft. He adds:

"“Falcons head coach Dan Quinn has seen what an undersized playmaker with high football IQ and baseball background can do when put into the right situation, so while Golson may not match the profile of the bigger more physical corners in Seattle, he’s a competitor and a playmaker who could make an immediate impact as a rookie and could be an absolute steal in the 3rd or 4th rounds of this year’s draft.”"
