2015 NFL Schedule: Analyzing the NFC South

The NFL schedule hasn’t exactly been kind to the New Orleans Saints this season. A year ago, this team was tipped as Super Bowl contenders, now they are looking to get back on track before Drew Brees retires.

In the first half of the season, the Saints face a brutal road schedule. Trips to Arizona, Carolina, Philadelphia and Indianapolis will be huge tests.

They will also face the Dallas Cowboys at home, which is far from an easy contest.

The second half of the season isn’t so daunting, but there are still plenty of games the Saints could slip up in.

Three of their final five games will be against divisional opponents. A home game against the Panthers will be followed up with two road trips against the Buccaneers and Falcons. They also face a potentially tricky contest against the Detroit Lions, a team that beat the Saints last season.
