This was another tough call to make, but the 23-year-old is well, 23. Jake Matthews was the Falcons’ first round pick a season ago and had an okay year. Matthews battled injury throughout his rookie season, but made a size-able impact on what was a very poor offensive line. The Falcons pass blocking has been one of the leagues worst in the past few years and Matthews is the answer to all of their problems, at least we hope he is. While the sample size is small, Matthews has a bright future ahead of him and belongs on this list without a doubt.
