FB: What are your thoughts on Devin Funchess?

CS: I like the pick — I think he is going to be a good compliment to Benjamin and be able to run the deep route.  There is so much talk surrounding the rest of the teams in the division when it comes to wide receivers, but if you think about it, how do you compare to having Benjamin and Funchess, as well as Olsen.  Don’t forget Brown and even Ginn is a weapon.

FB: What was the best offseason move Carolina made?

CS: Michael Oher — he has the potential to be the player he once was now that he is healthy.  He can potentially keep Cam safe, while teaching at the same time.

FB: What was the worst move?

CS: All moves were good.

FB: I like the positivity. Did the Panthers address their needs ahead of the new season?

CS: Dave has such a unique style of drafting and signing players that one way or another, he finds players not thought of to be ‘stars’ and they play a major role during the season.
