Quietly, Ben Roethlisberger posted career-best numbers and was tied with Drew Brees as passing yard champion in 2014.

Big Ben completed 408 passes for 4,952 yards and 32 touchdowns to just nine interceptions. This translated to the world of fantasy, where he ranked fifth among quarterbacks with 306.18 points.

This year, he has the talent and the supporting cast to replicate this success.

Surrounding him is the league’s best wide receiver in Antonio Brown, as well as up and coming Martavis Bryant.

Although he will miss the start of the season through suspension, Le’Veon Bell is arguably the best running back in the league, and he opens up so many opportunities for Big Ben in the passing game also.

Roethlisberger and the Steelers could have the AFC’s best offense, and they will be right in the running for a Super Bowl berth late in January.

Not only could Big Ben lead the Steelers to the big game in February, he could also lead you into your fantasy football playoffs in December.

Not only can Roethlisberger be one of the league’s best fantasy quarterbacks, but he generally falls low in drafts. Big Ben can even be picked up at the same time as some backup quarterbacks in some leagues.

Big Ben could be your QB1, and as long as he stays healthy, he will put up a lot of points.
