The Atlanta Falcons are six practices into Training Camp with a seventh to conclude tonight at Friday Night Lights. The Falcons have managed to avoid serious injury throughout the six practices, but weren’t able to avoid some minor ones. Running backs Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman are both out until further notice with hamstring strains and Ryan Schraeder and Brooks Reed have been very limited as well.

Rookie Vic Beasley has impressed everyone in camp, but may or may not play tonight due to a stomach bug that is going around. Others effected by the bug are Jon Asamoah and Justin Hardy. Other than that, the Falcons are progressing very nicely with just one week until the first preseason game against the Tennessee Titans.

With injuries and sickness allows some players to get an opportunity to show what they can do. Some players are taking full advantage of this while others are not. We will take a look at five players who are taking advantage of training camp, and are showing that they want to make a big impact with the Falcons in 2015.
