Tony Moeaki, TE

Nov 27, 2014; Santa Clara, CA, USA; Seattle Seahawks tight end Tony Moeaki (88) is defended by San Francisco 49ers cornerback Perrish Cox (20) on a 63-yard reception in the second quarter of the Thanksgiving game at Levi

Ton Moeaki was brought in by the Falcons in the offseason to compete with Levine Toilolo and Jacob Tamme, but so far he hasn’t done very much. Moeaki has battled through several injuries in the past few years that have really set him back in his career. Moeaki got off to a very good start with the Kansas City Chiefs but didn’t last very long with the team after suffering a knee injury.

Moeaki spent part of last year with the Seattle Seahawks and must have given Quinn a good impression to want to bring him in to camp this year. Moeaki has started to get more reps in the last few days, but hasn’t impressed. He dropped several catch-able balls in the teams Friday Night Lights scrimmage that might have set him back some.

Moeaki will need a big preseason showing in the four games in order to stamp his spot on the team.
