The Atlanta Falcons are just a day away from the first preseason game of the year against the Tennessee Titans. A lot has happened in the first two weeks of training camp but the team has managed to avoid major injury which is always a positive during camp. A lot has happened in the past week. The team announced their first depth chart of the season that saw a one big change.

Standout right tackle Jon Asamoah is been demoted to second string while Chris Chester has been seeing the majority of the snaps at that position. While this comes as a big shock to many,it really wasn’t a shock in the eyes of the team. Asamoah has been sitting out more and more often, but many plugged it to be a stomach bug. That failed to be the case as he was fully recovered from it, but was still not out with the first team on offense.

Asamoah isn’t a great scheme fit for Kyle Shannahan’s zone blocking attack, but things could change as we head into the preseason.

Lets take a look at what the 53-man roster could look like when everything is said and done. Check back for updates as the preseason progresses.
