Predicting the Falcons’ 53-man roster before preseason

Defensive Ends: Vic Beasley, Kroy Biermann, Adrian Clayborn, Tyson Jackson, Malliciah Goodman

The defensive ends in 2014 were terrible for the Falcons. Nobody was able to create a good pass rush so the team elected to use their first round pick on somebody who could. Vic Beasley is having a nice camp and should have a starting job locked up. Adrian Clayborn came over from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and is turning heads with each passing day.

Kroy Biermann looks as good as ever and is finally at 100 percent health wise. Tyson Jackson is still listed as a first string defensive end, but I don’t think that will be the case after a couple of preseason games. Look for Jackson and Malliciah Goodman to pick up the final two roster spots at the defensive end position.
