Predicting the Falcons’ 53-man roster before preseason

Outside Linebackers: Justin Durant, Brooks Reed, Joplo Bartu, O’Brien Schofield, Marquis Spruill

This group of outside linebackers will be much improved from a season ago. Justin Durant and Brooks Reed were brought in to play on either side of Paul Worrilow and that is exactly what they are going to do. Joplo Bartu and O’Brien Schofield will back those two men up with Marquis Spruill picking up that final backup job.

This is a very solid group of players as long as they can stay healthy. Both Durant and Reed are battling through some nagging injuries but should be ready to rock and role by week one.
