NFC South: Injuries starting to mount around the division

Dannell Ellerbe is another new face on the New Orleans Saints that is going through a nagging injury. Ellerbe re-aggravated a toe injury in last weeks preseason loss to the Baltimore Ravens and has been out of practice ever since. He was also sidelined with a toe injury in part of training camp, so this isn’t good news for a team that already has depth issues at linebacker.

The Saints lost Curtis Lofton to free agency and will need Ellerbe to produce in 2015. The Saints will have a much different look to their team on both sides of the ball and could be in for a very long season if the injuries continue to pile up.
