Jake Matthews is likely the best offensive lineman that the Atlanta Falcons have and is by far the best tackle. Matthews was originally supposed to be the Falcons’ right tackle, but plans have changed. Matthews has shown flashes of really good play, but injuries have held him back in his short NFL career.

Matthews will be a very important piece to the Falcons’ offensive line in 2015 and will rely on him to protect Matt Ryan’s blind side. Look for number 70 to anchor a revamped unit heading into the season.
