After beating the Philadelphia Eagles, the Atlanta Falcons move onto another NFC East opponent in the New York Giants. These two teams are aiming to return to the postseason after sitting out the past couple of years. Atlanta hasn’t played in January since 2012, while New York’s last postseason game was in its Super Bowl victory in 2011.

Both teams are powered by strong offenses featuring a Pro Bowl quarterback and elite wide receiver, and at the same time are trying to rebuild a defense to help the team compete in the playoffs and beyond.

The Falcons have made the stronger start this season after defeating the Eagles. They looked a complete team in the first half, and found a way to win in crunch time.
