The main beneficiary: Devonta Freeman (12 carries, 25 rushing yards, 1 touchdown, 4 receptions, 34 receiving yards: 11.90 points)

Nobody benefited more from unfortunate circumstances on Sunday than Devonta Freeman. First, he was jettisoned into the bell-cow role when Coleman left with his injury, and then he scored the game-winning touchdown after Julio Jones was ruled down at the 1-yard line on the decisive drive.

It was a good fantasy day for Freeman. He worked both on the ground and through the air, dominating the touches. His touchdown made a lot of people’s day, not just fantasy owners but Falcons fans in general.

Analysis: If Coleman is hurt, then Freeman becomes a must start in fantasy lineups, as he will be the only real candidate for serious touches. Consider him a flex option against the Cowboys if Coleman can’t go, or is limited. If that isn’t the case, however, then I wouldn’t advise putting Freeman in your fantasy lineups next week.
