Atlanta Falcons vs Dallas Cowboys: Tale of the tape

The coaches

On either side, there are two young coaches. The Falcons have Dan Quinn who is in his first season as head coach, and has led his team to an impressive 2-0 start. The Cowboys are led by Jason Garrett, who is entering his fifth year as head coach. Garrett joined Dallas in 2007 as offensive coordinator after spending a couple of years as quarterbacks coach in Miami. He worked his way up to eventually become the head coach.

Garrett inherited a 6-10 team and led them to three straight 8-8 seasons before finally taking them to the playoffs a year ago after a 12-4 finish. In his time, the Cowboys have slowly built one of the league’s top offenses, which is now being backed up with excellent defensive play.

The battle between these two will be interesting. Both are early in their head coaching careers, although Garrett has a few years of experience under his belt. Can Quinn stay unbeaten?
